Set up your company country, currency, tax details, logo, address, and business information.
Creating Your Company
After your first login, you'll be prompted to create a company. This is where all your business data lives — products, invoices, customers, and reports are scoped to a company.
- 1Click the company switcher in the top header
- 2Click 'Create New Company'
- 3Enter your company name (required)
- 4Choose your business country and currency, and add the applicable tax registration details
- 5Add phone, email, and address details
- 6Upload your company logo (shown on invoices)
- 7Click 'Create Company'
Country and Tax Configuration
Choose your company's country and currency, then configure the applicable tax settings. For Indian GST-registered businesses, enter your 15-digit GSTIN; Indian GST invoices use CGST/SGST or IGST based on place of supply. Other countries use their configured tax labels and rates. Indian statutory GST reports do not replace local filing requirements elsewhere.
Managing Multiple Companies
ZentBill supports multiple companies under one account. Use the company switcher in the top navigation bar to switch between companies. Each company has its own products, customers, invoices, and financial data.
