What is a Delivery Challan?

A Delivery Challan is a document that accompanies goods being shipped or delivered, without an invoice. It's used for sample dispatch, goods on approval, transfers between branches, or when the invoice will be raised later.

Creating a Delivery Challan

To create a delivery challan:

1. 1Go to Sales > Delivery Challans from the sidebar
2. 2Click 'Create Delivery Challan'
3. 3Select the customer or destination
4. 4Add items with quantities
5. 5Select the challan type (supply, job work, etc.)
6. 6Enter transport details if applicable
7. 7Click 'Save'
