Available Templates

ZentBill offers several invoice templates to match your brand. Each template has a different layout and style while maintaining GST compliance. You can preview each template before selecting it.

Customizing Templates

To choose and customize your invoice template:

  1. 1Go to Sales > Invoice Templates from the sidebar
  2. 2Browse the available templates
  3. 3Click 'Preview' to see how each one looks with your data
  4. 4Select your preferred template
  5. 5Customize the footer text, terms and conditions, and bank details
  6. 6Your company logo and details are automatically included
Tip:The template you select applies to all new invoices. Existing invoices retain the template that was active when they were created.
