Bank Accounts

Register your bank accounts in ZentBill to track payments and perform reconciliation:

1. 1Go to Accounting > Bank Accounts from the sidebar
2. 2Click 'Add Bank Account'
3. 3Enter the bank name, account number, and IFSC code
4. 4Set the opening balance
5. 5Click 'Save'

Cash Accounts

Cash accounts track your physical cash. If you have multiple cash registers or petty cash funds, create separate cash accounts for each. Go to Accounting > Cash Accounts to manage them.

Using in Transactions

When recording payments (both receipts from customers and payments to suppliers), you'll select which bank or cash account the money flows through. This keeps your accounts balanced and makes bank reconciliation straightforward.
