Low Stock Alerts
Set up alerts to be notified when products fall below minimum stock levels.

Setting Low Stock Thresholds
Each product can have a low stock alert threshold. When the stock quantity falls at or below this number, ZentBill flags the item and sends you a notification.
- 1Edit any product from Inventory > Products
- 2Find the 'Low Stock Alert' field
- 3Enter the minimum quantity (e.g., 10)
- 4Save the product
Viewing Low Stock Items
Products that are at or below their reorder point appear with a warning indicator on the Products page. You can filter the product list to show only low-stock items for quick review. The notification bell in the header will also show low-stock alerts.
Tip:Set reorder points based on your average daily sales and supplier lead times. For a product that sells 5 units per day with a 3-day lead time, a reorder point of 15-20 units gives you a comfortable buffer.
