Add, edit, and manage your product catalog with pricing, GST rates, and stock levels.

Product List
The Products page shows all your items in a searchable, sortable table. You can filter by category, stock status (in stock, low stock, out of stock), and GST rate. Each row shows the product name, SKU, selling price, stock quantity, and GST rate.
Adding Products
To add a new product, click 'Add Product' and fill in the details:
- 1Enter the product name (required)
- 2Set an optional SKU code for internal tracking
- 3Enter selling price and purchase price
- 4Select the GST rate (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%)
- 5Set the HSN code for GST classification
- 6Choose the unit of measurement (Pcs, Kg, Box, etc.)
- 7Set opening stock quantity and low stock alert threshold
- 8Upload a product image (optional)
- 9Click 'Save' to create the product
Tip:You can bulk import products from a CSV file using Settings > Data Import.
Editing Products
Click on any product in the list to edit it. You can update the name, pricing, GST rate, stock levels, and images. Changes take effect immediately for new transactions. Existing invoices retain the values at the time they were created.
Warning:Changing a product's GST rate only affects future invoices. Existing invoices will keep their original tax calculations.
